Spirals are omnipresent in nature—in flowers, in fruits, above the ground, and nestled in the roots. Humans, too, spiral as we sing the song of our lives, forgetting and remembering, forgetting and remembering, journeying ever closer to home. Perhaps you’re arriving here having forgotten something of your own beauty and freedom. You’re desiring a deeper understanding of your story: with yourself, with your body, with others, with the earth, with life itself. While it is up to each of us to heal and make meaning of our own story, we aren’t meant to do this alone. I’m Dr. Sara Sentell.
Inspired by and grateful for the wisdom of the natural world, I am continually being reminded of the complexity and vastness of this human journey. I view working with psychedelics as just one of the many beautiful tools available for remembering our wholeness in the long story of our lives and I feel honored to be in a position to help my clients access and sustain this inner wisdom.

I have experience working with those who are struggling with eating disorders, body image concerns, depression, cPTSD, ecological grief, religious recovery, life transitions, perimenopause, and all manner of "stuck" spaces. I am committed to providing trauma-informed care with an emphasis on inclusivity for all body sizes.

How It Works
Fee ranges enumerated below do not include space rental or the cost of the psilocybin itself, which are paid directly to the facility where the journey takes place. I don’t offer “packages” because each person’s needs in regards to preparation and integration are unique. Each experience is tailored specifically to you. Please see below about Equity Pricing and Reciprocity to help you determine where you might fall on a sliding scale.

Once you fill out the interest form, I will reach out to schedule an exploratory conversation to determine both if psilocybin is an appropriate intervention for where you're at and whether or not I'm the right person to facilitate your journey. This is an expectation-free meeting and, if it turns out this isn't a good match, I will be more than happy to share relevant resources or referrals.
This conversation is 15 minutes and is free.

Now that we've established alignment, this session will lay the groundwork for our upcoming journey. During this meeting, we will consider your medical history and develop a deeper understanding of the context in which you are choosing to work with psilocybin.
This meeting typically lasts about 60 minutes and costs $150-$250 on a sliding scale basis.

When working with psilocybin, one of the best predictors of outcome is the quality of your relationship with the facilitator. Although you will ultimately be the one doing the work, it is within the relational container that we create together that the deepest healing is able to take place. These sessions are an opportunity to get to know one another, build safety, and clarify intentions.
This process typically requires 2-3 meetings of about 50 minutes in length. Each session costs $150-$225 on a sliding scale basis.

Following thorough preparation, you will ingest psilocybin-containing mushrooms and embark on your journey in a safe and licensed service center. Psilocybin helps loosen hard-wired pathways in the brain so that we can expand beyond their current story. This might mean a journey rich in visual, sonic, and somatic terrain where you feel the music, see your emotions, remember past experiences with a new perspective, or immerse yourself in a vision for your future. It may not be easy, but you won’t be alone. I will be your champion, guide, and spirit-tender on this journey.
Journeys typically take 6-8 hours. Cost is $800-2000 on a sliding scale basis. This includes the cost of the 1st integration session.

Research suggests that integration following a psilocybin journey is among the key determinants of long-term efficacy. During these sessions, we will make sense of your experience and consider how to incorporate insights into your life moving forward.
This process typically requires 1-3 meetings of about 50 minutes in length. The cost of the first integration session is included in your journey fee. Additional integration sessions are $150-225 sliding scale.

I am committed to partnering with you to create practical and accessible treatment plans that honor your budget, family needs, and lifestyle. I offer all of my services on a sliding scale so that clients can choose what feels most accessible to their budget.
Reciprocity
I have benefitted immeasurably from the work of indigenous communities who elaborated and preserved the healing traditions we all now benefit from. A portion of proceeds from each journey is donated to organizations that uplift marginalized communities.
